WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Haley Stevens, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Haley Stevens (MI-11) announced the winners of the 11th Congressional District high school art competition, an annual opportunity to recognize and encourage young artists in Michigan's 1tth District. Submissions were evaluated by a panel of local high school art teachers.
