WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Sylvia Garcia, D-Texas, issued the following statement on June 18:
Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia (TX-29) issues statement commending the Supreme Court's decision, which determined that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is reviewable by the court and that the Trump Administration's decision to rescind the program was "arbitrary and capricious."
