NEW HAVEN, Connecticut, June 19 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration cannot proceed with their plan to end the DACA program that protects hundreds of thousands of young immigrants, known as Dreamers:
