BRONX, New York, June 18 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on the plan of Michael Pack, CEO of the U.S. Agency for Global Media, to fire a number of the agency's career senior leadership:
