ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas, June 18 -- Cowley College issued the following news release:
Cowley College's Board of Trustees approved the 2020-2021 proposed operating budget of $21,973,170 during its regularly scheduled meeting held Monday in the Earle N. Wright Community Room.
