The American Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Arizona, and law firms Dechert LLP and Stinson, LLP filed a lawsuit against Sheriff Paul Penzone and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office seeking the release of medically vulnerable people from county jails.
