It's a Mixtec word meaning "leading and guiding."
And it proved to be the perfect name for the Tecnologico de Monterrey concrete canoe team's 2020 canoe. Koxnuu earned the team first place at the 2020 ASCE Texas Student Conference in March, making Tecnologico de Monterrey just the second school from Mexico ever to qualify for the National Concrete Canoe Competition. . . .
