SCOTTSDALE, Arizona, June 16 -- The Alliance Defending Freedom issued the following statement by Appellate Advocacy Vice President John Bursch regarding the Supreme Court's ruling in R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes vs. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission:
"Americans must be able to rely on what the law says, and it is disappointing that a majority of the justices were unwilling to affirm that commonsense principle.
