ALBANY, New York, June 16 -- New York Attorney General Letitia James issued the following news release on June 15:
New York Attorney General Letitia James applauded the United States Supreme Court for ruling, in a 6-3 decision, that employers cannot fire LGBTQ+ employees based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.
