WASHINGTON, June 16 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following statement after the Chair of the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency sent a letter to the Committee raising concerns that the Trump administration is undermining mandated transparency and oversight of important components of CARES Act spending:
