WASHINGTON, June 16 -- Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release on June 15:

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (HI-02) joined with over 180 Members of the House to introduce a bipartisan resolution commemorating June 19, 1865 and the end of slavery in the United States. On that date.
