WASHINGTON, June 15 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following statement in response to the Trump administration's assertion that there is no emergency given spikes in coronavirus cases:
"Mr. Kudlow's statement that '[t]here is no emergency' in response to recent spikes of reported cases of COVID-19 in cities across the country is completely out of touch with the needs of the American people.
