LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, June 13 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following weekly radio address:
Arkansas's Commission on Law-Enforcement Standards and Training is constantly examining ways to improve the already high quality of law enforcement in our state, and I'd like to talk about the task force I've created to further that good work.
