SYRACUSE, New York, June 12 -- Rep. John Katko, R-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. John Katko (NY-24) announced Margaret Hunt, a senior at Westhill High School, has been named the winner of the Congressional Art Competition for New York's 24th Congressional District. Her piece, titled "The Horse of Inis Mor," will hang in the U.S. Capitol for one full year.
