OLYMPIA, Washington, June 12 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Northwest Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
Based on June 1, 2020 conditions, Idaho winter wheat production is forecast at 60.0 million bushels, up 1 percent from last year. Harvested area, at 690,000 acres, are up 10,000 acres from 2019. Yield is expected to average 87.0 bushels per acre, up 2.0 bushels from the May 1 forecast but unchanged from las . . .
