U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded a combined $570,226 to the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians and the Spirit Lake Tribe to finance COVID-19 preparedness and response efforts.
