NEW YORK, June 12 -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release:
The New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY), a chapter of the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, welcomed the ruling of the United States District Court (Southern District of New York) that ICE could no longer target, arrest and deport undocumented immigrants attempting to access courthouses.
