MEMPHIS, Tennessee, June 12 -- Rep. Stephen Cohen, D-Tennessee, issued the following statement:
Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) announced that the University of Memphis will receive a grant of $337,088 from the U.S. Department of Education to work on a technology-based reading comprehension system for adult literacy students.
