WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Rep. K. Michael Conaway, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Mike Conaway (TX-11) announced the winner of the 2020 Congressional Art Competition from the 11th District of Texas. Rhesa Key, a Junior from Wall High School, took First Place with "My Window to the Sky," an art piece done with Prisma colored pencils that depicts her hand holding a camera while taking a picture of a sunset.
