Center for Biological Diversity: Lawsuit Halts Border Road Construction in Key Grizzly Bear Habitat

SANDPOINT, Idaho, June 11 -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release on June 10:

In response to a lawsuit filed by five conservation groups, federal agencies agreed to forego planned summer construction on the Bog Creek Road project in northern Idaho.
