WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Rep. Tom Reed, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Rep. Tom Reed announced the winner of the 2020 Congressional High School Art Competition is Kyla James. Ms. James, a freshman at Romulus High School, created the drawing "Bjork" in colored pencils.
