CARMEL, Indiana, June 10 -- Rep. Susan W. Brooks, R-Indiana, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Susan W. Brooks (R-IN05) congratulated the Fifth District winner of the 2020 Congressional Art Competition, Jackson Manwell, a junior from Madison-Grant High School. Jackson's drawing, Indiana State Fair Midway, was selected by a team of local professional judges.
