ACLU Calls on Mayor Hogsett to Reimagine Role of Police in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, June 10 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana issued the following statement by Executive Director Jane Henegar on Mayor Hogsett's announcement of IMPD's use-of-force policy reform:
