ALBANY, New York, June 10 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that the Mid-Hudson Valley is entering phase two of reopening. Long Island will enter phase two of reopening tomorrow, June 10th. New York Forward guidance for phase two reopening can be found here.
