HYDE PARK, New York, June 10 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Antonio Delgado (NY-19) announced this year's Congressional Art Competition winner is Alyssa Palermo from F.D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, New York. Her piece, Adolescent Sunsets, can be seen below. The painting will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol over the next year.
