MIDLAND, Michigan, June 9 -- The Mackinac Center for Public Policy issued the following news release:
The Court of Claims has ruled that the heightened penalties found in Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's executive orders violate state law. It is the first time a court has found that any of Gov.
