NEW YORK, June 9 -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following news release:

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Americans United for Separation of Church and State, and DLA Piper LLP (U.S.) filed a brief on behalf of their client, Mark Janny, who was jailed after he refused to take part in worship services, Bible studie . . .
