SARATOGA SPRINGS, New York, June 6 -- The State University of New York's Empire State College issued the following news release:
SUNY Empire State College and the Construction Trades License Training Corporation (CTLTC) have announced a renewed partnership to provide CTLTC's members the training they need for certification and licensure in New York City.
