GILBERT, ARIZONA, June 6 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following statement:
The U.S. Department of Labor released the May Employment Situation Summary, showing an increase of 2.5 million jobs and a decreased unemployment rate to 13.3%. Experts had predicted that there would be over 8 million jobs lost and an unemployment rate of over 19%.
