BISMARCK, North Dakota, June 6 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following joint statement with Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, and Rep. Kelly Armstrong, R-North Dakota, on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issuing a decision to vacate the registrations of Xtendimax, FeXapan and Engenia, three dicamba herbicides:
