Sen. Cramer Issues Joint Statement on Ninth Circuit Dicamba Decision

WASHINGTON, June 5 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following joint statement with Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, on Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issuing a decision to vacate the registrations of Xtendimax, FeXapan and Engenia, three dicamba herbicides:
