WASHINGTON, June 4 -- Sen. Martha McSally, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Martha McSally (R-AZ) announced that she helped secure $3.7 million in additional federal funding for the purchase of electric buses for Tucson's Sun Tran program.
Last summer, McSally secured $2.6 million for the Sun Tran program. The first electric bus was put into service on May 17.
