WASHINGTON, June 4 -- Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement on the first anniversary of the Khartoum massacre in Sudan, when hundreds of Sudanese were injured, went missing or lost their lives:
