CANTON, New York, June 3 -- The State University of New York's Canton Campus issued the following statement by President Zvi Szafran:
I have watched with you in sadness and anger the painful events of recent days. A Black man, George Floyd, was killed by a Minneapolis police officer as Mr. Floyd gasped, "I can't breathe."
