WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks on June 2 at the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee hearing entitled "On the Front Line: How Governors are Battling the COVID-19 Pandemic":
