WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) announced that the University of Memphis will receive $1,860,725 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for scholarships for disadvantaged students.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
