WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has awarded funding from the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Hiring Program to four law enforcement departments in North Dakota. Today's funding will be used by each department to support the hiring of additional law enforcement officers. Details are as follows: . . .
