WASHINGTON, June 2 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:
Oregon's U.S. Senators Jeff Merkley and Ron Wyden announced that the City of Albany will receive nearly $3 million in federal funding to cover operating and administrative transit costs, as well as preventive maintenance costs, in response to the coronavirus crisis.
The funding is authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which Congress passed in March. . . .
