ALBANY, New York, June 1 -- The New York State Senate (majority) issued the following joint statement by Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins and Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie on May 30:
"Tonight has been another night of heartbreak in the wake of the horrendous killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
