WASHINGTON, May 27 -- Rep. K. Michael Conaway, R-Texas, issued the following statement on the House passed the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act (S. 3744), which condemns egregious human rights violations against ethnic Turkic Muslims in Xinjiang by the People's Republic of China.
