NEW YORK, May 30 -- New York Civil Liberties Union issued the following statement by Legal Director Christopher Dunn:
New Yorkers gathered in large numbers in Brooklyn to protest police violence and show solidarity with protests across the country over the murders of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor by police. Over the course of the evening, videos emerged of numerous instances where police attacked protesters.
