LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, May 26 -- Rep. French Hill, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement after Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced that Arkansas Health Secretary Nate Smith has accepted a position with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:
