WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Rep. Brian Babin, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Brian Babin (TX-36) issued the following statement after requesting to join Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and other House Republicans' lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Democrat rule on proxy voting (H. Res. 965).
