WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Rep. Brian Babin, R-Texas, issued the following statement in support of the House passage of the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (H.R. 7010):
This bill will amend the Small Business Act and the CARES Act to modify certain provisions related to the forgiveness of loans under the PPP, to allow recipients of loan forgiveness under the PPP to defer payroll taxes, and more.
