WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Rep. Brenda Lawrence, D-Michigan, issued the following statement after the House passed the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (H.R. 7010) and the Small Business Transparency and Reporting for the Underbanked and Taxpayers at Home Act (H.R. 6782):
