Rep. Dingell Issues Statement on State Attorneys General Filing Lawsuit on Fuel Economy Standards

WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Michigan, issued the following statement on May 27 after Attorneys General from California, Michigan and 21 states intervened in fuel economy litigation:
"While I applaud California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for standing up for strong fuel economy standards, it is unfortunate that it got to this point.
"I have said all along that we need to have everyone at the table - EPA, NHTSA, CARB, automakers, and environ . . .
