WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Rep. Brenda Lawrence, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:

U.S. Representative Brenda L. Lawrence (MI-14) announced a total of $2,632,700 in federal funding to the University of Michigan from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the university's Center for Connected Automated Transportation (CCAT) program.
