TEMPLE, Texas, May 28 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development - Texas office issued the following news release on May 27:
State Director for Rural Development Edd Hargett announced that USDA is investing $12 million to improve water and wastewater infrastructure in rural communities in Texas. USDA is funding the projects through the Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant program.
