WASHINGTON, May 27 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following statement on May 26 in response to Rep. Adam Schiff, D-California, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, on an amendment on the protection from warrantless collection of internet browsing history and searches:
