WASHINGTON, May 27 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, issued the following statement on May 26 regarding Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., securing a vote on an amendment to ban warrantless surveillance of Internet searches and web browsing in the House Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act reauthorization bill:
